Being on-camera often makes people nervous, but John Trainor, Chief Information Officer of Aaron’s, Inc., is anything but camera-shy. A respected leader in the information technology industry, John has led the development of software for Aaron’s stores and the management of their enterprise systems for over a decade.

The Proven Method and Aaron’s have had a long-standing relationship, working together since 2007 on various projects. When we formed the Proven Development Program, their organization was a perfect match – one that had a great culture, needed staffing help, and had various software development projects to be completed.
