The regional managers at Aaron’s had an issue: their ability to successfully do their jobs depended on their ability to not only track sales and expense information for each of their stores, but to share that information with one another quickly and efficiently. Doing so meant that they would be able to make the most informed decisions possible, and time-sensitive issues wouldn’t be left until it was far too late. Regardless of whether a manager happened to be in one particular location or another, Aaron’s employees needed to have their franchises linked in a digital and cohesive way to enhance their ability to make decisions. Unfortunately, they had not been able to come up with a solution that addressed these issues on their own.Aaron's MUM

The Proven Method, on the other hand, was able to sit down with Aaron’s regional managers and develop an intuitive and innovative Multi-Unit Management (MUM) Portal that allowed them to do exactly that. The Proven Method’s solution was web-based, meaning that it could be accessed from any computer or mobile device like smartphone or tablet with an active Internet connection.

The Multi-Unit Management Portal allows regional managers to access their stores remotely, perform their daily duties regardless of their location, view operational data and other store information via a secure virtual private network (VPN) and more.

The results of The Proven Method’s solution more speak for themselves. Since implementing the Multi-Unit Management Portal, Aaron’s regional managers now have the benefit of having mission-critical data at their fingertips at all times. All of the sales, expense and other relevant information from more than 2,000 different locations are centralized in one location with an easy-to-use graphical user interface. Not only has travel time been reduced for these managers as they can now perform more of their duties without actually needing to physically be in the store, but management performance has increased as well.

Perhaps the biggest benefit that Aaron’s has been able to see since the implementation of the Multi-Unit Management Portal is that job satisfaction has soared. Not only is it easier for regional managers to do their jobs in a much more effective way, but the job itself is much more rewarding and fulfilling at the same time.
