Who We Are

Jack Nale is the Founder & President of The Proven Method. Jack has been in the IT services business for 35 years having spent 20+ years building branch operations in numerous locations for CTG, a publicly held, global provider of services and, prior to that, with Martin-Marietta Data Systems pioneering their entry into the IT Services market in the early 1970’s. His experience spans over three decades of evolving technology solutions, ranging from mainframe-based to client-server to web-based applications.

Lloyd Wilkinson, Vice President and CTO, manages the Project Services group at The Proven Method.  He has over 25 years of experience in project management and application development.  Prior to joining The Proven Method, he founded his own IT services company and was an  IT consultant doing project work for several Fortune 500 companies including Norfolk Southern Railway, Coca-Cola, The Home Depot, and IBM.

Vince Currao, Vice President of Sales & Marketing is involved in developing new business opportunities and strategies.  His 35+ year background includes founding a CIO organization for Tatum Partners in the Southeast region and holding former CIO positions for Executive Solution Providers and RJR Nabisco.  He has also worked as an independent consultant providing business and technology strategies to fortune 500 companies.

Andy Nale, Vice President of Project Staffing and Key Account Business Development Manager, has over twelve years of IT recruiting experience in Atlanta . He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has been recruiting IT professionals in Atlanta his entire career. His staff consists of 7 full time recruiters and account managers totaling more than 50 years of recruiting experience.

David Brunke,  Vice President and Business Development Manager, has over 15 years recruiting and account management experience identifying and screening key IT professionals within many different verticals.  Prior to joining The Proven Method David served as a Recruiter and Vice President at Christopher and Long for 10 years from 1992-2002. David earned a BSBA degree in Business Management from The University of Central Missouri State.

Established in 1995, The Proven Method is an Atlanta based technology services firm that employs and provides experienced business subject matter experts, industry leaders, and a large full-time staff of certified and proven system architects, designers, program managers, developers, quality assurance specialists and much more. We accomplish any mission utilizing industry best practices and time-tested techniques that optimize results with minimal time and money.

For over ten years we have completed projects for hundreds of customers ranging in size from a $90 billion retail giant to a $15 million telemarketing firm and just about every sized firm and industry discipline in between.

The dedication and professionalism applied to our IT staffing operations have enabled us to build an extensive, talented, and ready supply of the industry's most valuable and demanded personnel. We approach every job using verified project management techniques that work.

Our Proven Methodology begins with a thorough examination of our customer's business. Along with our customer, we explore alternatives to address areas of opportunity or concern. We then systematically guide a project team through a logical process that transforms a business strategy and/or opportunity into the optimal technology solution.

The key differentiator of The Proven Method is our ability to offer flexibility among potential software solutions that are determined by the individual business needs of each customer.

Neither the project's scope nor the type of business has been a factor in our ability to accomplish the task successfully, on time and within budget. Our software solutions are not driven by restrictive or “locked-in” partnerships as we are vendor independent. Thus we can be completely objective when advising our customers in their technology investments and decisions.

Our key strength is our flexibility to be responsive with a technology solution for any business with any application on virtually any development platform. We tailor our services offerings to meet the individual and unique business requirements of each customer.

The solutions we provide can include custom development, third party packages, and/or the temporary use of our experienced full-time staff of project managers and skilled technicians to augment our customer's in-house development capability. Since we are headquartered in Atlanta, many of our customers are in Georgia and the southeast. However, we service customers throughout the United States.

The Proven Method value proposition is our ability to provide the best and most competent business and technical resources at about half the cost of the “big” consulting firms. In fact, some of our biggest customers 'are' the “big” consulting firms.

World Class Resorts
Provided high-level design and programming technical support to an E-COMMERCE project that used IBM WebSphere to create an internet-hosted, worldwide reservation system that included reservations and credit card processing.

Vehicle Tracking Technology Firm
Led the development of an E-BUSINESS application to track vehicles using GPS and cell phone technology that was transformed into an internet-hosted solution. Developed and taught a JAVA programming course to train customer technical staff to program in JAVA and maintain the application.

Video Networking Firm
Developed software systems for use in the cable advertising and news distribution business. Included was a NewsTracker system that distributes news clips via satellite from a major network to its affiliate stations.

Telecommunications Software Firm
Designed and implemented custom, mission-critical systems for worldwide telecommunications customers that support inbound call centers and address issues such as CRM and financial applications.

Lawn Tractor Manufacturing Company
Developed a new Business Model for Inventory Control and Production Scheduling that would serve as the business strategy for the next five years. This Business Model served as the requirement driver for the design of system modifications to support the new processes. The Business model was developed using JAD Sessions to gain input and buy-in from the line supervisors and upper management. This project continues and The Proven Method will serve as implementers of the design.

National Furniture Retailer
Performed analysis of an existing Point-of-Sale application to determine the root cause of a system error that had become so pervasive and elusive that the “way around it” was written into the User Manual. The program error was determined and corrected in less than 5 days and a major roll out of the system to 80 new stores was completed and the problem never surfaced again. The manual has been revised.

Provided automated testing expertise to architect and create an automated regression test suite for the application.

Golf Course Tee Time Reservation System Provider
Analyzed existing development processes. Then worked with management and developers to upgrade and document new processes, which were orderly and repeatable. Also provided testing expertise to create a foundation for a comprehensive testing process that merged with the development processes.

ERP Solutions Provider
Full life cycle development and implementation of enterprise solution for Flow Manufacturing. Led the team to oversee initial customer rollout at beta site and on-going customer support.

Cellular Phone Company
Managed technical resources on three upgrades of J.D. Edwards Distribution and Financial Software. Project included Customer interface, analysis, code migration, testing and customer support.

Global Systems Integrator
Team of Management Employees conducting situational analysis of process based reengineering in manufacturing, aerospace, and high technology business enterprises throughout the United States.

Technical Institution Applied Research Organization
High-level technical support to develop laptop flight planning and mapping systems for military aircraft that has become an Air force standard. Project won 2nd Place in Microsoft's 6th Annual Windows World Open Competition in 1997.

Systems Integrator
Provided project leads and project team technical support on a project that involved extensive testing of hundreds of Mainframe and Client/Server Applications.

Textile Firm
Software maintenance of manufacturing and financial applications and handling customer support and Help Desk requirements for all systems. Developed Interface Software to integrate an existing Warehouse Management System into SAP.

Consulting Firm
Third Party technical support on the development of a truck transportation system being implemented in several states with national focus.

Utilities Services Firm
Technical support to develop systems that are marketed to utilities companies nationwide.

Carpet Mill
Integrated packaged A/R application into existing suite of financial systems. Developed reporting capability for profitability and created access to information previously unavailable to the business.

Business systems consultative analysis providing top-down assessment of a growing high-end Technology Telemarketing Company. Focus is on the company's current technical structure, its strategic direction and the impact of technology for future growth.

Voice Recognition Technology Firm
Technical consulting on the standardization of voice application interfaces for a local Atlanta company, which is recognized as a leader in the development of voice recognition technology.

Third party technical support both in the development and testing for a local Atlanta company that develops software for law enforcement agencies across the nation.
